Setting the recurrence to "Never" is indeed the best way to keep these transactions as reminders rather than automatic entries. This way, you'll still see them as saved recurring templates, but it won't post them automatically. Each month, you can open the saved recurring transaction, update any amounts or dates as needed, and then record it manually.
Alternatively, if you find that MYOB is still posting transactions automatically despite the recurrence setting, please double check that each template is set to "Never" for the recurrence. If the setting isn't preventing the automatic entries, it could be due to a technical issue, and you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. They can help verify that the recurrence is set up correctly and ensure there are no underlying issues causing these automatic entries.
