Trouble logging in - needing to link a user

Hi all,

Has anyone had the message before that asks you to link a user ID to your MYOB account as you're trying to log in?

I'm not the owner of this file - someone has invited me to be an administrator so I can work on the file.

As yet, I'm unable to log in as I don't know the correct details to link and neither does the person who is the file owner.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have tried asking MOCA, but it cannot help me.
