Updating Billing details
I am the main user of our MYOB Essentials account but when I try to update the credit card details I get the message: 'You don’t have the access required to see the billing information for this account!'

Can you please confirm the following details over Private Message:
- Serial number (or client ID)
- Account name and contact name
- Email address you are currently using to log in
