User ID Error when accessing MYOB Lite
We have a client who has invited us to 3 separate MYOB Lite files.
All 3 invitations have been accepted and are sitting in my Dashboard.
1 file is completely fine - can access as usual.
The other 2 files I get the following screen when I try to access, which I've never had before.
If I try to Cancel or Link User ID I get an error screen.
Client has confirmed no Administrator password on the files as far as they know.
Any ideas?
