Why does MYOB login always go to the same client even though I log out completely?
When I login in to MYOB on the browser, it always logs into the same client (not the first on the list) even though I log out properly and this shows financial information for this client which breaches confidentiality if I have a different client sitting with me. How can I stop this happening and ensure that just my list of clients comes up immediately?

Hi Liz_A,
If you are logging in directly from the MYOB main page, you should be redirected to the list of files you have access to. If you are typing the webpage every time you log in, it might be causing this issue. I recommend clearing any bookmarks you have that go directly to a specific customer file and instead bookmark the MYOB my business page.
