Annual Leave not showing up as an option anymore

Hello, I'm so frustrated. We were going well and then all of a sudden Annual Leave is not showing up as an option for any of my staff. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, I've checked that nothing has changed in their leave allocation, i've deleted the location and re-added. Someone please help.

    I understand and apologize for the inconvenience if the leave is not showing in the MYOB teams app. There are some troubleshooting steps you may take to help you resolve this:

     

    • Make sure that the employee has been assigned the leave entitlement to their employee card, or else the reason will not appear.
    • Once checked and able to confirm that employees are entitled to leave, advise the employee to uninstall and then reinstall the application.

    If this doesn't work, first I suggest checking for app updates and ensuring that the MYOB team apps they're using are up to date. Second, clear the app cache, sometimes cached data in the MYOB team app might be causing the problem. Lastly, you may delete the location, create a new location, and re-invite employees again. Please refer to this Help article for further information.

      Hi Jem

      Thanks for getting back to me. I have done all the above an no luck except I haven't tried clearing the app cache. How do I do that? I can't seem to access the document that explains how to do this.

      Hello

      Can anyone help with this problem? The above did not fix the issue however I don't know how to clear the cache - can I have that explained to me please?

        Hi AwG1,

         

        Yes you may clear cached and cookies the browser that you are using if you are using Google. 

        1. On your computer, open Chrome.
        2. At the top right, click More. Delete browsing data.
        3. Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
        4. Select the types of information you want to remove.
        5. Click Delete data. If you delete cookies while signed in to Chrome, you won't be signed out of your Google Account.

         

        Then re login and try to see if it works.
