Apply for extra leave

Hi there,   It looks employees can apply for more leaves than they accumulated and is there any way to prevent this happenning?    Best regards, Vicky

    Hello VickyLan 

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum.

    There isn't anything currently to stop the employee from requesting more time. You will either need to let them know to change it and delete the pending leave request, or you'll be able to update the leave hours when processing the pay it applies to in your MYOB software.
