Cannot pay super

I have been processing super with my login for past two years.

 

Now I am getting this message.

 

Myob is so disappointing when it comes to super payments. 

 

Can someone help please

    Hi EA11,

     

    Sounds like a bit of a curveball, especially after things have been running smoothly for the past couple of years. Had a look on our end, and the reason you're seeing that message is because the email you're currently using isn't set up as the Pay Super Administrator. That role is actually linked to your Yahoo email, not the Gmail one.
