Can't access the Payroll Reports

Thanks for sharing your issue accessing reports. We’ve checked, and there are no ongoing widespread issues affecting access to reports. This also appears to be separate from the recent login issue, which has now been resolved.

Please try signing out and back in, then access Payroll Reports again. If it continues to be stuck on loading, we recommend reaching out to our Support team so they can help check this further.

Having the same problem but with trying to get end of year reports to check before sending to accountant

First instance it eventually loaded after what seemed like 5 minutes of that perpetual circle!

I have had the same issue accessing the reports page in general twice in the last 5 days
