Completing a payrun

I am using MYOB Pro and desperately need some help. I have attached screen prints to explain the problem. Screen 257 shows the last sreen I am able to access.  Screen 258 shows that the payrun has...

We're sorry for not being able to respond right away.

 

We have checked the screenshots you sent and were able to confirm that the $4,370 is not showing on the STP reports window. At this point, kindly check the Payroll Register and Payroll Activity to see if the figures are correct. If yes, kindly send update event to make sure ATO will receive the up-to-date figures of your employees. You may also try to change the payroll year on the STP reports window instead of having 2023/2024, please change it to 2022/2023 to see if the pay run will show up.
