Employee not showing on list in STP Employee Terminations

Question

Hi,&nbsp;&nbsp;I have to terminate an employee and send the Employee Termination notification to the ATO.&nbsp;I normally do this easily with MYOB, but for some reason the employee does not appear in the list of employees to select from.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have checked and they have not previously been terminated or had a report submitted for them.&nbsp;&nbsp;They are still showing as an employee in the payroll section.&nbsp;&nbsp;I've never had this before, so hoping there is something I have missed.&nbsp;Thanks,&nbsp;Aaron

Thanks for your post. If the employee is still showing in Payroll but isn’t appearing under STP Employee terminations, please check that you’re viewing the correct payroll year first.
&nbsp;
Also, open the employee record and confirm they’re active, with no termination date already entered. If they’re still missing, check that their Employment basis isn’t set to Other (Not Reported), as this can prevent them from appearing in the STP list.
&nbsp;
Once checked, go back to Payroll &gt; Single Touch Payroll reporting &gt; Employee terminations and try adding the termination there.

If the employee still doesn’t appear, please contact MYOB Support so we can look into it further.
