Employee Reducing balance deduction paid directly to a third party in the pay run payment file

MYOB Business Payroll only (stand alone Payroll).  An employee has a deduction for Ministry of Justice Court fines to pay directly to Min of Justice.  

The reducing balance deduction is deducted from the employees pay ok but there is no payment created to pay directly to Min of Justice in the bank file. How now do you pay the deduction to Min of Justice?  

 

Is this even possible to add Min of Justice to the pay run employee bank file with MYOB Business payroll only? 

 

Is there a recommended process for paying out deductions to a third party when you have PAYROLL only MYOB business?
