To ensure that terminated employees no longer appear when processing pays, please enter their termination date in the system. This will streamline your payroll process smoothly. To do this, you can refer to the steps below:
- Go to Payroll.
- Select Employees and then click the employee.
- Go to Employment.
- Then enter the date under Terminate date field.
