Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for attaching the screenshots. A good next step is to check whether the Payroll Register matches the Payroll Activity report, and also double-check the date filters on each report to make sure they’re lining up exactly. With one employee tied to this week’s pay and the other being a smaller older amount, even a tiny report filter mismatch can be enough to throw the numbers off.
