I am currently in the process of finalising STP for a MYOB Business/Essentials file and have an issue.
I encountered an error while attempting to finalize STP. The error message displayed is as below image.
How can I resolve this issue?
Any help would be appreciated.

As per checking the screenshot you have attached, you are still on STP (Single Touch Payroll) Phase 1. We highly recommend moving to STP Phase 2 to avoid receiving this type of error message. You may check The Help Article: Getting ready for STP Phase 2 for more information. Also, kindly clear the browser cache and try using a different browser.
