Hi Everyone, I did finalise my employees in STP reporting but they told me in their ATO it still shows that I haven't finalised their financial year. Is there and extra step I didn't do? This is the first year I'm employer and I would appreciate help.

There shouldn’t be any extra steps if the finalisation was accepted by the ATO and everything was lodged properly. Sometimes the ATO/myGov can take 48 to 72 hours to catch up after the finalisation is sent through. If it’s been longer than that, you can send an update event to push the data through to the ATO again.
