Export employees information to excel

It would be great to have a function that we can export employees' all information to excel. We can share some information like name, address, phone and email address to company admin staff, rather than let them login MYOB to view such information. Thank you for your consideration and support.

    That feature is already available in the AccountRight desktop version. You can use the import/export assistant to extract or add different kinds of data, including employee details. This capability also exists in the browser version, but it's only for categories and items. If you want more features added, it’s a good idea to post on the Ideas Exchange board so others can vote for them to be included in future updates.

      Hi Genreve

      Thank you for your response. I have posted the request on Ideas Exchange again and made this request more specific: yes, this function is available for AccountsRight users, but not available for MYOB Business users who are using web based/cloud based MYOB.

      I have contacted MYOB tech support team, they are aware of this issue, hopefully more MYOB Business users to support/vote for this request to make it available soon.
