As the ATO figures only update after a pay event, you will have to process a $0 pay after making changes in your software.
Also, the Payroll Reporting Centre will only show employees that have an employment basis of individual or labor set on their card. You can check what basis an employee's card is set to by navigating to the employee's card within the Card File>>Select Payroll Details viewing the Employment Basis Field in the personal details.
