Holiday paye missed in payrun - how can I amend processed payrun?

Hi - I put through a payrun yesterday and then realised I forgot to add public holiday rates for 2 days. How can I amend this? Thank you. Karen

    Hi Horses,

     

    Thank you for your post.

     

    I understand that you've processed a pay run and realized that you forgot to add public holiday rates for 2 days. To rectify an incorrect pay, you have two options available: you can either adjust the next pay or delete the pay and reprocess it. For more information, please refer to this Help article: Changing or deleting a pay.

     

    Feel free to create a new post again if you need further help.
