    Hi davis_aj,

     

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    To ensure the loading hours are not being included in the accrual for Annual leave, please navigate to Payroll > Pay Items > Leave > open the Annual Leave accrual item > under 'Leave exemptions', you will need to select the loading item that you do not want to be included.
