Irregular hours worked - what is the annual leave entitlement?

Hi there, My question is - if someone does not work a full 40 hours consistently each week, then what should I put on their file for MYOB to work out how much annual leave they are entitled to?? The...

Hey nikki_martin20,

 

Since your employee isn't working a regular 40-hour week, your best bet is to have a quick chat with your accountant or bookkeeper. They'll be able to guide you on the correct setup, so you employee's annual leave entitlements are spot on.
