Thanks for flagging this. If the employee’s fund is listed as Vision Super, but the USI you’ve been given aligns to Active Super after the merger, and none of the Vision Super entries in MYOB match that USI, this is something our team will need to check further.
For now, I wouldn’t recommend selecting a fund option with a mismatched USI.
Please reach out to support and include the following so the team can verify the fund details and whether the fund list needs to be updated:
- the fund name provided by the employee
- the ABN and USI
- confirmation from the fund about the merger
- a screenshot of the available fund options in MYOB showing the mismatch
