We have a missing Pay Run?
We pay wages fornightly.
I have a Pay Run 29/07/2026, and then the next is 26/08/2026.
No 12/08/2026 but when the administrator processed the pay run on 11/08/2026, she printed out the report and people definitely got paid so I know it was done.
How do I find out what happened to this specific pay run from 12/08/2026?
I have logged a call with MYOB but it's been a few days now and not getting any feedback from them.

I can see why this is concerning, especially as you processed the 11 August pay run and printed a report, but can’t find it now.
Just a quick check:
If it doesn’t appear in any of these areas, add the results to your existing support request to help the team investigate that specific pay run.

Thank you for the response. I don't seem to have the "set status" when I check Nr 1.
It is affecting all of the employees and everyone's year to date gross earnings, also went down in that period, instead of up which is also concerning.
I've also tried the Payroll Activity and Payroll Register Report - nothing coming up.
I will attach this to my call logged with MYOB from Tuesday.
