Missing Pay Run

Thank you for the response. I don't seem to have the "set status" when I check Nr 1. 

It is affecting all of the employees and everyone's year to date gross earnings, also went down in that period, instead of up which is also concerning. 

I've also tried the Payroll Activity and Payroll Register Report - nothing coming up.

I will attach this to my call logged with MYOB from Tuesday.

I can see why this is concerning, especially as you processed the 11 August pay run and printed a report, but can’t find it now.

Just a quick check:

1. Go to Payroll > Pay runs and filter by the pay run's payment date. Set the status to All.
2. Check the affected employee’s Pay history.
3. Run the Payroll Activity and Payroll Register reports for that period.

If it doesn’t appear in any of these areas, add the results to your existing support request to help the team investigate that specific pay run.
