MYOB Team Clock on, Clock Off - Tablet kiosk issue or expected functionality???

I currenlty use MYOB team for time sheets via a Ipad using the Clock on, Clock Off - Tablet kiosk setup for my business.

 

I have recently discovered my employees can change their timesheets after submitting them via the Ipad using the MYOB Team app on their phones is this a software bug or expected fuctionality?

 

Hopefully its not expected fuctionality as it defeats the purpose of clocking in and out if my my employees can just change their time sheets adhoc.

      Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. Apologies for the delayed response.

       

      I understand how this feature might affect how you handle your software. Only an approving manager can edit recorded clock on/clock off times recorded in the mobile app or the kiosk. I suggest checking what login your employee is using to edit the timesheets. 

       

      Also, I recommend reading through this article, Using the MYOB Team Mobile App. This will provide more information regarding your question.

        I think your software is broken/has a serious security bug then all my staff can edit & change their own time sheets through the app.

         

        We have only 1 approving manager which is myself (I have double checked this just now).
