MYOB Teams Apps

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I would like to know if anyone else is using the MYOB Teams app for timesheets. Our employees have been experiencing issues with the app, including freezing and difficulty selecting locations.&nbsp;We are also encountering similar problems with the MYOB admin portal. I often have to refresh the screen more than three times to obtain the correct information while editing the times received.&nbsp;Could you please explain why these issues might be happening and whether the employees might be doing anything incorrectly?&nbsp;Have there been regular updates to this app?&nbsp;We believe that with some improvements, this app could be very helpful!&nbsp;Thank you in advance

Hi LPickering15,You’re not the only one seeing this, we’ve had similar reports of the MYOB Team app and admin portal freezing or needing multiple refreshes, and in many cases it’s been sorted with some basic troubleshooting.&nbsp;
First, make sure everyone is on the latest version of the MYOB Team app from the App Store/Google Play. If it still freezes, fully sign out, force close the app or browser, then reopen. Also double-check the device has a stable internet connection when entering or approving times.&nbsp;
