Apologies for the delay in our response. It appears that your issue is unique. As a possible solution, we suggest that you uninstall and then reinstall your Team app, and then try to check the timesheets again. If the problem persists, please provide us with additional information and screenshots of your Teams app for further investigation.

MYOB Teams has consistent login issues. Can myob please fix the issue, before we start loosing clients to other software. if the issue is to uninstall and reinstall then myob should advise all users to do this when necessary. also why would this be necessary? when an app needs upgrading, then usually the app itself would say this app has an upgrade waiting? or something similar.

Hi, we are also experiencing problems with the Teams app. None of our employees are currently able to access the app and so unable to complete time sheets!
