MYOB Teams photo verification

We are getting errors in MYOB Teams Kiost with no photo verification, the message "something went wrong"

Same error on two different computors in diffrent locations, Both running Chrome, tried explorer and same does not show photos.

 

Reading other posts it sounds like this feature is not working for anyone?

    Hi SteveB3,

     

    Sorry for the late reply! I get how frustrating it is when the MYOB Team Kiosk photo check throws “something went wrong” across different computers and browsers. If you can log in, delete the location to remove the employees, then run through these guides: MYOB Team portal and getting started with MYOB team. If that location has photo capture or geolocation on, you can check the tablet’s clock-on/off photos or the geolocation status. If the issue persists, give our live chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They can dive deeper into this and help you resolve the issue.

    Hi Shella,

     

    I've tried re-adding the location and photos are definitely ticked.

     

    I've also called MYOB and they couldn't help. 

     

    I need you to find the solution please. 

     

    Randomly I get one or two photos that would come through and show properly. However, the majority of them don't show. 

     

    Would this have anything to do with a setting on the ipad itself, where the resolution of the photo is the problem or some other setting? I just bought the latest ipad brand new for the purpose of MYOB teams.

    I am having the same issue.  We have deleted location and readded employees.  We have checked all of the settings on the ipad and still I am getting "Something went wrong" erron on my photo verifications.

    Hi CalypsoLin,

     

    Thanks heaps for giving those steps a red-hot go. Really appreciate you trying out the workaround our moderator shared. Sounds like you've covered all the right bases already. If that pesky "something went wrong" error is still popping up on the photo verification, the best next step is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team there can dig into your setup a bit deeper and get this sorted for you.
