MYOB Teams photo verification

I am having the same issue.  We have deleted location and readded employees.  We have checked all of the settings on the ipad and still I am getting "Something went wrong" erron on my photo verifications.

Thanks heaps for giving those steps a red-hot go. Really appreciate you trying out the workaround our moderator shared. Sounds like you've covered all the right bases already. If that pesky "something went wrong" error is still popping up on the photo verification, the best next step is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account.
