Sorry for the late reply! I get how frustrating it is when the MYOB Team Kiosk photo check throws “something went wrong” across different computers and browsers. If you can log in, delete the location to remove the employees, then run through these guides: MYOB Team portal and getting started with MYOB team. If that location has photo capture or geolocation on, you can check the tablet’s clock-on/off photos or the geolocation status. If the issue persists, give our live chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They can dive deeper into this and help you resolve the issue.
