For a week or so, I started to believe Super Payment process had got quicker, however tonight I go to process pays again for a new week and notice last week still is in the process mode.
MYOB this is absolutely ridiculous - the funds have left the bank account, why is the status still in progress?
Is this still the issue with other people?

That’d be really worrying, especially if the funds have already left the bank account.
There’s an issue where some Super payment statuses aren’t updating correctly, and our Pay Super team needs to look into it from their end to investigate further and track those payments for you. You can either give them a call or connect with our live chat team through our virtual assistant, MOCA.
