Really appreciate you laying out how your talent agency setup works, that makes the picture clear. Good news, you can keep doing what you’re doing. With the actors set to Employment basis = Other (not reported), MYOB treats them as not reportable for STP. Payday Super won’t expect super for them and you can keep running those “payslip only” wages without getting peppered by Payday Super error messages.
