Thanks Sai, I did look at that but unfortunately it still isnt working. For context it is north personal super

    Hi Chels,

     

    Have you checked that you’ve linked the correct super fund with the USI?

        You need to go to settings - payroll settings - superannuation funds tab and you should see the list of funds you have created. Click on the relevant fund and check the USI. Good luck.
