You’ve explained it really clearly, and with 20‑odd staff on those 0.50 to 0.95 multipliers that flicker‑to‑$0.00 could be a pain. You can do the following that could help fix the amount disappearing from pay items:
- Start a brand‑new pay run instead of resuming a saved one, because saved runs can get out of step after any change and a fresh run restores clean calculations.
- Launch an incognito/private window or use a different browser and run that new pay there to bypass cached scripts that can reset amounts to zero.
