Pay Run Issues

Thanks Doreen,

 

I have updated the leave pay items and set the check box for "Automatically adjust base hourly or base salary details".

 

For the leave accruing issue, I have checked the set up for both annual and personal leave for the hourly employees.  It all seems to line up with the recommendations as per the link you supplied.

 

 

I have just created a dummy fortnightly pay run and all problems still exist.

Since you’ve covered everything on your side, please lodge a support ticket in My Account so we can take a closer look at your payroll setup and capture the right details to investigate further.
