This is happening to me to since 8am this morning. I have cleared history, cache, tried in Safari, Google and Microsoft Edge and nothing.
Following this for the reply to see what else to try to complete payroll tonight.

I encountered the same issue!
Have cleared the browser's cache and history or tried using a different browser but still unable to access pay run.Same issue here! Supposed to be processing payroll today but cannot access the create payrun menu option, or even access the payruns menu option. Have tried different browers and cleared cache! Help please!!

I too am having the same issue! Can't 'process pays' on the desktop version nor load 'Payroll - Pay Runs' in the cloud-based app. Please help! We have to pay our staff today! 😥
