Pay runs not responding
Hi,
I am using MYOB Business online and my Pay runs function will not load.
I have tried clearing cache and cookies but still nothing, just a spinning circle.

Hi Craig19,
Nice work already giving the ol' cache and cookies clear-out a go. If it's still stuck on that never-ending spinning circle, it could be caused by a corrupted draft pay run sitting in the background.
Try this quick little workaround:
- At the top of the screen, click Create
- Select Pay run, let that page load fully
- Then go back to Payroll > Pay runs
This refreshes things and usually kicks the screen back into gear.
