Pay Super report vs Pay Run report

I have been doing pay runs and paying super gradually and now paying and authorizing on same day. Process is working really well Issue I have is that the reports DONT MATCH. Pay run report is showin...

Hi MThurston,

 

Thanks for chiming in. The same UNPAID / Completed mismatch is part of the sync issue the team has already picked up between Pay Runs and Super Payments. If you lodge a support case via My Account, the team can add your account to the list so you’re kept in the loop on any fixes.

    Thankyou i have lodged a support case and to date have NOT heard anything, not even that they recognize my lodgement!

      Hey L-Mac​ 

      We are experiencing a higher volume of requests at the moment which has resulted in a delay in getting back to you.

      In your My Account dashboard, if you click into Support on the top header and select 'View support requests', you'll be able to view the latest status of your request.

        All good I have already checked that out, first logged on 5/6/26, no update so far?
