Payroll Error yesterday

Yesterday I received this error message when I was doing payroll.

I hadnt changed anything & i have not been able to finish the pay run.

Can anyone help ?

An unrecognised error occurred - "EmployeePaymentTemplateHourlyWagesLine_EntitlementPayrollCategoryMissing"

    Ive tried to do this & now have this error

    An unrecognised error occurred - CommonRules_DecimalPrecision

    What am I doing wrong?

      Would you be able to send me a private message with the following account information and I will look into this for you:

       

      • Serial number
      • Business name
      • Primary contact name
      • Primary email address
