Payroll report - gross paid & hours worked

Hi folks,

 

Hoping someone can help me - Is there a payroll report for an individual employee that has hours worked, gross amount paid & net amount paid for a set time frame - eg 1 year worth of data?

    Hi there ks2012,

     

    Yes, there's a payroll report where you can see the hours worked, gross amount paid, and net amount paid. You can generate the Payroll Activity report, and to view this report, follow the steps below:
     

    • Navigate to Payroll Reports: Go to the left-hand side menu and select Reporting > Payroll Reports > Payroll activity report.
    • Filter Employees and Date Range: Use the filters to select the specific employees and date range you want to report on.
    • Expand Employee Details: Click the drop-down button next to the employee's name on the left to expand their details. This will allow you to see the hours and amounts paid.

      Thanks Doreen.  I can see that report but what I need is a report that gives each pay cycles hours worked and gross pay etc for an employee -  is there a report that will do this?

        Hey ks2012,

         

        Since the payroll activity report isn't the one you're looking for, you can check the Pay run summary report. On that report, you have the option to choose the pay run cycle. Just make sure to click on the drop-down arrow to expand details.
