Thanks for your post. The Payroll summary and Payroll details report get their data from the pays processed in Payroll>>Enter pay. As such, if they have incorrect amounts you would need to look at the payruns processed and if any have been deleted.
If you continue to have problems with this can you tell me what report you are comparing the Payroll summary to. Screenshots would be great, please make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the Forum.
