I work for 2 businesses, different ABN, different bank accounts, but the same bank (CBA). I did the payroll yesterday and the super amount was not deducted from either bank account. Any idea why?

I can see why you’d be checking this, especially as the money hasn’t come out of either business account.
Running the payroll records the super amounts, but the payment still needs to be submitted through Pay Super. Could you check Payroll > Super payments in each business file and confirm the payment status?
If it’s showing as Pending authorisation, it still needs to be approved. If it’s already Authorised, the direct debit can take a few business days to appear in the bank account, so it may not be withdrawn the next day.
