My payruns was setup for one bank, but the money was paid out of another bank. How can I fix this ?

Not going to work, because I have Electronic payment in the Payment Method....... It wasn't done through MYOB.
I did the actual payments myself through the BOQ Bank Netbank.

I have a couple of thoughts
If you go into prepare electronic payments do your payroll transactions come up?
What it looks like you have done is set up your linked account to electronic payments to the CBA account instead of the electronic clearing account
So if the transactions are there you may be able to create the transaction in your BOQ account.
