Hi TChurch,
I checked, and I haven't seen any reports of ongoing issues with payruns in the software. I recommend clearing the cache of your browser or trying a different browser, as it may fix the issue. Moving forward, you can also check the Status Hub to see if there are any ongoing issues with your software.
