Payslip account names

I have assigned a different name to be shown for these accounts in payslips but the name does not show the way it should. please see the attached.

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

Could you open the browser-version of the software and try to make the change to the Pay Item there? I have seen a few cases like this that ended up being resolved by changing it in the browser.

Hi Sam 

I acually always use the web platform instead of the software as I find it easier to use. The probelem unfortunately persists there.
