Good on you for running that zero pay run to see if it'd sort things out— always a smart move to test it our first. What you're seeing with the mismatched leave balances comes down to reinstating the employee after they'd been terminated. Even though you're removed the termination and started paying them again, the system's still hanging onto those entitlement records, which is why the Entitlement Balance report isn't lining up with what's on the card. I wouldn't recommend creating a brand new employee card— that tends to cause more headaches down the track. To get those figures properly sorted, it's best to have our support team take a closer look behind the scenes. I have submitted a Support Case. I seem to be going round and round with the person who is not reading the problem correctly as I am being told to do exactly what I have stated I've already done! The person also does not seem to be in our time-zone as replies are typically after hours, so this is dragging out a lot longer than it needs to. Very frustrating! I have a pay run tomorrow and would like this fixed beforehand. In one of the messages above, it does state that this is a common MYOB problem and that we may need to 'run a script'. Can we please just have someone do this to see if it fixes the problem?
