Salaries not appearing on ATO Income Statements

    Hi grumpy,

     

    That does sound like a weird little STP mismatch. A good first check is the pay items used in those salaries, just to make sure none of them are set to Not Reportable, as that can lead to the PAYG showing but the income amount not flowing through the way you’d expect. After that, send an update event to refresh the figures. If the Final Indicator has already been ticked and you need to undo the finalisation first, it’s best to re-finalise on the following day rather than on the same day. I think you may be right. The payroll category was "To be assigned". I've changed it to "Gross payments" and undid the finalisation. I'll refinalise tomorrow and see what happens,
