Setting up new employee Error
hi, i am trying to set up an new employee,
I send them the Employee Self-onboarding.
the first time they told it it crashed at the Super part.
I resend them the link and they are now saying it has been completed and they have received emails from Flare.
But it been 3 days and MYOB still hasn't informed me it has been complete.
the desktop version of MYOB states it is incomplete. if I log into the online version I get and error. See attached.
Does any one know how to fix it?
I tried to terminate the employee to start again but it tells me they don't exist.
