Setting up new employee Error

hi, i am trying to set up an new employee,

I send them the Employee Self-onboarding.

the first time they told it it crashed at the Super part.

 

I resend them the link and they are now saying it has been completed and they have received emails from Flare.

 

But it been 3 days and MYOB still hasn't informed me it has been complete.

 

the desktop version of MYOB states it is incomplete. if I log into the online version I get and error. See attached.

 

Does any one know how to fix it?

 

I tried to terminate the employee to start again but it tells me they don't exist.

    Hi knm0741,

     

    That does sound like a messy little onboarding loop. Since the onboarding appears to have been completed on the employee side but is still showing as incomplete in MYOB, and you’re also seeing an error online, it’d be best to have our support team take a closer look at the employee record and onboarding status. You can reach out to them via the Contact Us page.

    i have tried, a voice recording tells me they are too busy to take my call and hangs up,

    Not a great experience at all, especially when you’re making the effort to call and can’t get through to anyone. We’re currently seeing higher demand than usual across MYOB Support, which is why wait times are longer right now, but the team is working hard to bring those wait times down.

     

    I can see you’ve already lodged a support ticket and were able to get through to our team. Since this needs a closer look at the onboarding completion in your file, it’s best to let the team dig into it further so they can work out what’s causing the issue.

    tried to call one day, did the online help, request, emailed support no answer,

    the next day

     

    -2 hours on hold before i had to hang up,

    -second call,  3 hours on hold before someone answered, than another 2 holds with them putting me on hold while they try to fix the problem. I couldn't hold on any longer and she said she will email me.

    A total of 7 hours on hold with MYOB in one day!!

     

    Result after 5 hours. -we don't know what the problem is contact - Support @ flarehr.com
