Sorry to hear you're having trouble at this busy time of year!
In regard to the terminated employee showing in the 23/24 payroll year, make sure you've entered a Termination date for that employee.
- Go to the Payroll menu > Employees.
- Click the employee's name.
- Click the Payroll details tab.
- On the Employment details tab, enter the Termination date – this is their final day of employment.
- Click Save.
